| Payment: |
Pre-payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP) by electronic bank transfer.
All bank charges and commissions are for your account.
Any additional local charges are for your account. |
| Delivery: |
Goods dispatched against cleared payment to the full amount.
No liability is accepted for delay in dispatch or delivery. |
| Return/Refund: |
Goods damaged or lost in transit will be subject to our transit insurance. Goods ordered in error by the customer are returnable
at your cost subject to our approval subject to our approval. Returned goods are subject to a 30% levy.
Any return/refund for any defect in the goods is subject to the goods being used in
accordance with the manufacturers recommendations for use.
Damage, shortage or incorrectly ordered goods must be notified to Parmavex Services within 7 days upon receipt, otherwise your claim will not be entertained.

Any indulgence granted by us to the Buyer
and any failure by us to insist on strict performance of these Terms and Conditions
shall not be deemed to waiver any of our rights or remedies nor be deemed a waiver
of any subsequent default by the Buyer.
Parmavex Services does not recognise any Terms & Conditions supplied by the Purchaser,
unless specifically acknowledged and agreed in writing. Execution of, compliance with or
implementation of orders does not imply acceptance of the Purchaser's Terms & Conditions.
